Standfordville, NY | Residential
This mid-century home blends the outdoors with the charm of a 1967 build. We used a rich palette of burgundy, greens, and blues to complement the wood paneling, creating a modern yet timeless feel. A fun detail: we found a Schumacher fabric called ‘Pointer’ that features a dog print similar to the client’s pup – love when little finds like that come together! The bathroom has a serene, monochrome beige scheme with unlacquered brass and organic tiles, while the powder bath features Hudson Valley-inspired wallpaper and a grounding pebble floor. The blue ceiling and trim tie everything together perfectly. For the mudroom, we used slate floors and custom walnut built-ins with a warm red undertone, adding richness and texture.
