Woodstock, NY | Residential

This mid-century home was full of bold orange wood tones, and the goal was to soften the space and create a calm, cohesive feel. We used a warm cream to color-drench the ceilings, walls, and trim, letting the architecture breathe, while a soft taupe on the beams added contrast without stealing focus. In the dining room, a woven wallpaper with a bark-like texture added quiet depth. A custom walnut waterfall island, green-painted cabinets with updated hardware, and a mix of new and vintage furnishings brought in a soft, organic vibe. Thoughtfully layered vintage rugs and artwork grounded the space and tied it all together with soul.
